EstablishCred · The Authority Program · for B2B tech

Your expert, in the story within the hour it breaks.

Our engine watches the news in real time, spots the stories your company has a right to be in, and puts a finished, fact-checked pitch in front of the reporter writing it, usually in under an hour. Traditional agencies take days. You get custom pitching every week, quarterly press releases, and engineered tier-1 features, all over a 12-month program.

Real-time signal pitching

Reporters pick their sources on the day the story breaks. Speed decides who gets quoted.

A reporter covering breaking news needs a sharp expert in the first few hours. A traditional agency notices the story in a digest, schedules a brainstorm, drafts, waits on sign-off and sends days later. By then the article has run with someone else's quote. Our engine turns that week into an hour, and nothing goes out until you approve it.

What the engine sees

Every story has a closing window. We pitch before it shuts.

The engine watches five kinds of signal for your category around the clock: breaking news, reporter source requests, competitor coverage, trend spikes and calendar moments. Each one gets a timer for how long reporters will still want a fresh voice, and moves from detection to a ready pitch while the clock runs.

The EstablishCred pitch engine

Eight stages between a headline and your expert quoted in the story.

The engine pairs a live feed of breaking stories, reporter requests and trend signals with a newsroom-grade system for judging, angling and pitching each one. We tune every stage to your company, your competitors and your spokespeople, and our team runs it with you every week.

STAGE 1+0:00

Live signal

Watches breaking news, reporter requests, competitor moves and trend signals for your category around the clock.

STAGE 2+0:05

Noise filter

Throws out the junk so only stories that touch your market, buyers or competitors move forward.

STAGE 3+0:10

Standing & timing

Asks whether you have a real right to comment, and how long the window stays open before the story goes cold.

STAGE 4+0:20

Custom angles

Turns the news plus your data into distinct story angles a reporter can use, not rewordings of a press release.

STAGE 5+0:35

Reporter match

Finds the reporters on this story right now, checks each one's last 10 bylines, and verifies their email before anything is written.

STAGE 6+0:45

Pitch draft

Writes a short, specific pitch for one reporter, in your spokesperson's real voice, with a single clear ask.

STAGE 7+0:50

Fact-check & edit

Every claim is verified against a source, then a veteran-editor review cuts anything a reporter would delete.

STAGE 8+0:55

You approve. It sends.

You see the finished pitch and tap approve. It goes out right away. Nothing is ever sent without your yes.

Custom pitching, not a template

What we build for you in the first 30 days

Most agencies hand you a junior account manager and a generic media list. You get a system tuned to your business that gets sharper every week as we see which angles reporters answer.

Your signal profileTopics, competitors, customers, regulations and keywords the engine watches for you.
Your standing mapWhere you have real authority to comment, and where you'd be stretching.
Your proof bankData points, customer results and credentials, fact-checked and ready for any pitch.

Your 12-month PR calendarConferences, reports, awareness days and seasonal hooks, planned back from each date.
Engineered tier-1 features

The proof

Five live stories. Five executives named in tier-1 press.

Every placement below started as a trending story and ended with a client's executive quoted as the authority. Here's the pitch we sent, and the feature that ran.

Feature 01 · Enterprise AI governance

FulcrumGT

Ahmed Shaaban · CEO

The trending story. Every enterprise-AI piece this summer framed governance as the brake on innovation.

The pitch we sent Subj: The AI-governance story everyone's getting backwards

Serenity, the current take is that governance slows AI. The sharper story: the companies moving fastest with AI are the ones with the strongest governance, not the least. Ahmed Shaaban runs AI across legal and procurement for global enterprises and has the contrarian frame: "AI doesn't make decisions, people do."

The feature that ran Forbes Serenity Gibbons · Jul 2, 2026

“Why AI Governance Is Becoming A Corporate Competitive Advantage”

AI is a force multiplier. It amplifies what your team already knows how to do.

Feature 02 · Interior design · SpecTech

DesignSpec

Specification software · 700+ design firms

The trending story. Design press was circling the shift away from spreadsheets, but no one had named the category.

The pitch we sent Subj: There's a new category quietly reshaping interior design

Interior design has a spreadsheet problem nobody's named yet. There's an emerging category, "SpecTech," doing to product specs what fintech did to banking. DesignSpec now powers 700+ firms managing selections from concept to completion.

The feature that ran USA Today Contributor content · May 15, 2026

“The rise of SpecTech: how a new category is influencing interior design from concept to completion”

The spreadsheet era of interior design is over. A new category is taking its place.

Feature 03 · Sustainability & waste tech

CheckSammy

Sam Scoten · CEO

The trending story. The "can renewables actually fix the energy crisis?" debate was everywhere.

The pitch we sent Subj: Renewables won't fix the crisis alone. Here's the missing half

As the renewables debate heats up, there's a blind spot: waste. Sam Scoten, CEO of CheckSammy, built a data-driven waste-to-value platform and argues the circular economy is the half of the energy story no one is pricing in.

The feature that ran Fast Company Feature · 2026

“Can renewable energy really fix the global energy crisis?”

You can't solve the energy crisis while ignoring what we throw away.

Feature 04 · Vertical AI · Dental

Viva AI

Farid Fadaie · CEO & Founder

The trending story. Endless "AI and productivity" coverage, all abstract, none grounded in a real vertical.

The pitch we sent Subj: The vertical where AI is actually saving hours a day

Jon, everyone's writing about AI and productivity in the abstract. Here's a concrete one: dentistry, where the tech stack is "stuck in 2007." Farid Fadaie, CEO of Viva AI, is cutting admin load 40–60% with voice automation.

The feature that ran VentureBeat Jon Stojan · Dec 28, 2025

“How AI is quietly fixing a productivity problem in dentistry”

The dentistry tech stack is stuck in 2007. We've always believed the dental office should run itself.

Feature 05 · B2B digital commerce

OroCommerce

Jary Carter · Co-founder & CRO

The trending story. CIOs racing into "intelligent automation," the AI-agent gold rush of 2026.

The pitch we sent Subj: Why most AI-automation projects will magnify the mess

Kate, as CIOs rush into intelligent automation, here's a contrarian frame from Jary Carter, co-founder of OroCommerce: "AI is a $20,000 Italian sofa. Put it in a cluttered house and the house still looks bad." Trust infrastructure has to come first.

The feature that ran CIO.com Kate Vitasek · Aug 5, 2026

“Put trust infrastructure before intelligent automation for better collaboration”

If you put a $20,000 Italian sofa in a home filled with clutter and bad flooring, it doesn't make the house look better.

EstablishCred vs. a traditional agency

Agencies bill for activity. You pay for pitches, placements and proof you can count.

A traditional retainer keeps running whether coverage lands or not. Monthly reports fill up with "outreach" and "relationship building" while the features never arrive. We pitch at the speed of the news and put the result in writing.

Questions

Before you book the demo

What happens on the demo?

We run the engine against your brand live on the call. You leave with 3–5 stories breaking in your category right now, a pitch written for each one, and the verified email of the reporter covering it, so you can pitch them yourself that day. It's yours to keep whether or not you sign up.

What's the difference between an angle and a pitch?

An angle is a distinct story idea built from a live news signal plus your data. A pitch is that angle written for one specific reporter and sent to their verified email. Emerging delivers 3+ new angles a week, Authority 20+ a month, and Established 40+ pitches a month.

What counts as a tier-1 feature?

An editorial article, a quote in a reporter's story, or a contributed piece in a publication on the tier-1 list we agree at kickoff. That list includes outlets like Forbes, Inc., Entrepreneur, VentureBeat, TechCrunch, USA Today and Fast Company. Press release syndication pickups don't count toward your engineered features.

Will anything go out without my approval?

No. Every pitch and every press release is shown to you first. You approve it, then it sends. Most clients approve from their phone in under a minute.

How much of my time does this take?

About two hours in the first 30 days while we build your signal profile, proof bank and voice fingerprint. After that, 15–30 minutes a week approving pitches and jumping on reporter calls when they come in.

What's in the intelligence suite?

On Authority and Established: share of voice against the competitors you name, link citation tracking, brand position tracking in AI assistant answers, brand sentiment tracking, and a fully automated monthly report that brings all four together.

What if we don't have much news?

That's what real-time signal pitching is for. Most of your features will come from reacting to news already happening in your category, not from your own announcements. Your own news goes out as your quarterly press releases.

Why 12 months?

A year gives the engine time to learn which angles your reporters answer, to build relationships at your target outlets, and to land your engineered features. It also gives the intelligence suite a full year of trend data against your competitors.

Three tiers · 12-month program

Choose the level of authority you want to own.

Every tier runs on the same real-time pitch engine and includes quarterly press releases, an engineered tier-1 feature and Slack support. Higher tiers add pitch volume, more engineered features, a faster path to your first one, on-demand strategy meetings and the intelligence suite.
